Subject	need advise for new turbos

Message	Ok seals on both turbos are gone, smoke at idle.The Z is stock and I would like the best replacement turbos I could get. I dont want to go 500hp!! Maybe raise to 12 lbs. bolt-on would be appreciated. I'm planning to get some downpipes getting rid of the pre-cats, single pop and thats all. thanks for advises... it's a 91 tt j-spec
